When using Stamport, you agree to:
Stamport is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the service commercially without our written permission.
With your permission, Stamport can use your current location when preparing a generated stamp. It may also read location information embedded in a photo you select. Before posting a generated stamp, you can choose precise, approximate, or country-only location information.
Location services and place labels may be unavailable or inaccurate. You remain responsible for the content and location information you choose to save or share.
User content includes profile pictures, photos, generated stamps, stamp details, location labels, and other material you provide or create through Stamport. You retain ownership of your user content. By uploading or creating user content, you:
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You can delete generated stamps and account content through the app where that option is available, or delete your account as described in Section 14. Copies you previously saved or shared outside Stamport are not controlled by Stamport.
Stamport and its related content, including its software, stamp artwork, descriptions, collections, passport designs, covers, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Stamport or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your user content remains yours as described in Section 6.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Stamport in accordance with these Terms. This does not transfer ownership of Stamport or its content to you.
Some artwork and other content may be created by third-party artists, licensors, or partners. You may not reproduce or use that content outside the permissions provided by Stamport without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Stamport uses third-party services including Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, file storage, cloud image processing, and analytics; Google Sign-In; Sign in with Apple; device location and place-name services; the system share sheet; and the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Stamport is not responsible for third-party apps or services that you choose to use, including an app selected from the system share sheet.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Stamport. This may include:
When reasonably possible, we will provide notice before a material change that significantly reduces an existing service. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Stamport does not currently offer purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any additional conditions will be shown before you purchase.
Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store will also be subject to that store's payment and refund rules. Any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law will continue to apply.
Stamport is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:
Stamport is not a backup service for your original photos or videos. Keep your own copies of media that is important to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service, including:
Stamport remains responsible where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability protected by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses and third-party claims that arise directly from:
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account or by contacting us at info@stamport.com. Account data is handled upon deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of a material or repeated violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, a security risk, harm to Stamport or others, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reason. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice when needed to protect the service or others.
When an account is deleted or terminated, the right to use that account ends and its digital passport and stamps may no longer be accessible. You may contact us if you believe action was taken in error.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you use Stamport as a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections and access to courts or dispute-resolution procedures provided by the law that applies to you. These Terms do not require you to give up rights that cannot legally be waived.
Before starting formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at info@stamport.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
We may update these Terms as Stamport changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, provide notice through the app or by email before the updated Terms take effect.
By continuing to use Stamport after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the changes. If a change requires your explicit consent under applicable law, we will ask for it. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using Stamport and may delete your account.
