How to Delete Your Account

Once you confirm the deletion request inside the app, your Stamport account will be scheduled for deletion along with the data associated with it, subject to any limited retention described below.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your Stamport account, we delete or anonymize the personal data tied to that account, including:

• Profile information such as your email address, username, display name, profile photo, and account identifiers.
• Stored app data such as your passport progress, collected stamps, unlocked covers, preferences, and other account-linked content stored in Stamport.
• Uploaded content associated with your account, including profile images and similar account media.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, or keep backup and security records for a short period. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
